What a waste of time and tax payers hard earned money. According to John from Keene, NH now living in Fl and working for this federaly funded program they would be at my huse the next day to do a complimentary home inspection and identify ways we possibly could save on our energy cost. They never showed up. Called again a week later to schedule anothr apt which they didn't keep either. Then they had the gaul to call that same evening to reschedule again and quess what ... never showed up for the thrird time either and never had the decency to call any of the time. I'm sure they submitted time and expense for reimbursement though.
