Do NOT use Roy Littlefield for anything. Painting, remodeling ,blinds etc.. He has you pay for things and over charges you. I had him redo a bathroom for me and it was never finished. That was in 2009. All I got was excuses also. He also said things that made me uncomfortable and if I did certain things he would come and finish the remodeling. No wonder his wife divorced him.
