I wish I had an explanation as I why you did not tell the truth in your review. I was there with Gary and I know you were the one twenty minutes late as we waited in the cold. You told A plus northern Utah that it was a broken spring but the truth is you destroyed your storage unit door and when we told you only fix was a new door. That made you mad because you had to pay for it.
Ogdens door Dr was helping a friend who has gotten behind that night after working all day in the snow.
We hope you call Ogdens door Dr for future services because we appreciate all our customers even those who are angry. Thank goodness one is all we have had.

Where to start... First off Gary made me stand out in the cold of Winter while he was on a personal call for about 2-3 minutes. Then when he finally gets out of his truck he says thats not a spring that needs fixing, Im like no, I said it needs a new track and door, he said well what a waste of my time! Im like so you cant fix it? Hes like nope, (very rude the whole time).



Then Gary proceeded to shove a invoice in my face saying sign this so I get paid. Im like paid for what? You didnt even bring the right parts or do anything and this isnt my storage unit facility, I'm just here to let you in to see it?!! He rudely kept pushing the invoice at me so I called the storage unit owners and asked what they want me to do, they were as blown away as I was with his behavior.



Very unprofessional, very rude, very demanding, and didnt even know how to fix a track on a easy storage unit door!!



Regardless we called a new company.
