Very professional from the time the appointment was scheduled to the time he walked out my door when he was all finished. They gave me an over the phone quote and I was happy with the price so I scheduled a cleaning. When he gave me the bill it was less than the quote they gave me over the phone. They are definitely running an honest business not to mention they know what they are doing when it comes to cleaning carpet. I will be a lifetime customer!

He did an excellent job! He was extremely nice, and considerate. The prices, and service, were great. My carpet hasn't been that clean since I bought it. I will use M&M for all my carpet cleaning.

He did a great job. He showed up on time and took the time to explain his process to me. The carpets looked better than ever and smelled wonderful.
