I had a great experience with this business! They were quick to help me and my appliance was fixed in two days.The technicians were very knowledgeable and gave me tips for my appliance repairs. I called in multiple times with questions but they never made me feel like a burden. The girls in the office were very sweet and made sure I was taken care of. I would definately recommend this business and service to anyone.

very poor customer service. Girl in the office is very unfriendly and rude. Can't get a price for repairs. They seem like they just do not care!!

Microwave repair - couldn't fit us in for FIVE days. Scheduled between 9-1, no show! Called and had to take more time off work for him to come later in the day. No apology or explanation. Problem diagnosed, needed parts. Scheduled to come back 2 days later (a Friday)between 1-2. NO SHOW AGAIN!!! Called Monday to schedule again - 4 more days before they could fit us in. Another Friday. Called in the morning to see if we could confirm appt and get a closer idea of when we were on the schedule. Was told we were last of the morning appointments and they weren't sure if he would be running on time. Asked to be moved up on the schedule, refused. Operator was rude and impatient, didn't care that we'd been stood up 2 times already. At Noon, still no word. Called another company who will fix it (not just diagnose it!) on Monday. Called to let them know I'd found someone else to do the repair. Asked for a different operator, the next one was also rude, argumentative, and non apolo
