I wouldn't even give them 1 star...I was in contact with them in February about altering my wedding dress. They said call back when my wedding date gets closer. I called them multiple times in March and he said you still have time call us in April. We went into the store in the end of March to look at tuxes, but they didn't have the colors of our wedding. Finally I called back 6 weeks before my wedding to schedule my dress alterations. He asked if we got our tuxes there and I said no and his reply back was that he couldn't alter my dress. He strung me along since February and six weeks before my wedding tells me he won't do it. I was in shock and very hurt. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I saw a bad review. I wanted everyone to know that this comment was made before the Toto family took back ownership. The Toto family is dedicated to their customers and will will treat you with the upmost respect with quality service. You will be treated as is if you were the only customer they would ever have!

No proffesionalism there.I took my dress to be hemmed and busseled. A month later I get a phone call saying they won't do my dress. Mind you my wedding is less than 2 months away. They weren't empathetic. They were rude about the situation. Their response was oh you have 2 months you'll be fine. I would never recommend taking a wedding dress here. You'll never know if it will ever get done. Then you're stuck with little time and no alterations done.

This is a wonderful shop. Very pleaseant workers. Always care about thier customers. Awsome with Tuxedo Rentals. Reasonably prices Tuxedos. The lowest prices that I have seen in the area. Would recommend them to anyone who needs Tuxedos or alterations.
