used to love this service, but if you order more than one or two entrees, forget it. The first time they screwed up my order (is was actually the restaurants fault, but TOT needs to check that the order is complete & correct), they redelivered a corrected dish (an hour after the rest of my family ate)! Last night we ordered from LaTolteca through TOT. Disaster! We ordered at 8:24PM, our food arrived just before 9. Out of the 5 entrées that we ordered 3were correct, 1 was completely wrong and 1 was completely missing. I immediately called TOT at 9:01 and their voicemail said they were closed. I tried again, no answer. Called the restaurant, they told me I could pick up the missing entrees (ugh, they just didn't seem to grasp the concept of why you would use TOT in the the first place). Long story short, I spent about 40 minutes trying to reach someone (calls, emails, etc). Nothing. Horrible experience. Spent the rest of the night hungry and pi$$ed. Will not use them again!

Takeout Taxi is full of crap, my order use to be good, and the last 2 times it was over 1hr late..I will never order again!!

Be careful they are gypsy cabs.
