I started having problems with 2 year old furnace that they installed and come to find out that the air vent wasn't installed. The furnace was getting full of saw dust and started to give us trouble and called them. They told me to get a license contractor. I found out that that the vent was left open. They told me that it wasn't included with the installation package. I feel that should have been included with it and felt that it was really rotten of them to do that.

these guys were out to the house allmost before i hung up the phone. my house was freezing until the guy came out of the crawl space and told me all i needed was a simple part. when i asked him what i owed, he said we were all set. Thanks so much!
