Potchit’s was an idea that started with a sauce and a simple salmon dinner, and has evolved into a business that has gotten great reviews. What started as a sauce using local blackberries made for friends, had taken off to be known by the local community at car shows and small venues. We now have taken the next step with this years venues being larger, with more items to choose from and will continue to operate with the one concept that has done us well...give people a first rate product at a price that everyone can afford and enjoy. We believe that doing one thing well, is better than doing many things just “ok”.
