Do Not Hire This Guy! Spent two days destroying my bathroom and when he showed up on the third day I wouldn't allow him in my house! Hired a "real" plumber who resolved my issue in 20 minutes who couldn't believe the "hack job" Cappy had done! Used a reciprocating saw to cut a toilet off the floor and bounced ever wrench and tool he used off my porcaline tile floor. Even scraped a plumbers wrench across the tile floor with his foot! Treated me (the home owner) like his apprentice and even called me on my home phone from my driveway to bark out work orders to me! Acted like plumbing was a part time job, showing up no earlier than 1:00pm and made daily trips to the local Ace Hardware for parts each day which took him no less than 90 minutes! Left us with no working toilets for three days!!! His next move was to be pouring acid down my pipes and if that didn't work he was going to start cutting out all the pipes in my basement...Could You Imagine???!!! All that for a simple blockage! Really???!!!

Removed a toilet using a reciprocating saw, at one time had 3 inches of water flooding my bathroom, and treated me (the home owner) like I was his apprentice! Never arrived on the job before 1:00 pm as though it was a part-time job to supplement his retirement, which is what he needs to do...retire! Also made daily trips to the local Ace Hardware for parts which took an average of 90 minutes each time. Bounced every tool and saw he used off my porcelain tile floor and even caught him scraping a large plumbers wrench across the floor with his foot! On the third day he wasn't allowed back in my house again, I found a professional plumber who came within an hour and fixed our issue within 20 minutes. The professional couldn't believe what a hack job Cappy's had done and spent an additional hour repairing the damage! Today, I'm spending the day cleaning up the mess left from Cappy's Plumbing!
