Great restaurant. Unfortunately, you do have to wait sometimes. I eat here frequently. Love the hibachi options. I’ve only had a few sushi items. Overall a very good restaurant. I’d recommend it.

I just saw the other reviews & read them with shock. I don't typically leave reviews but I felt compelled to after having gone here for my birthday. It was by far the best experience I've had in Clarksville in every aspect thus far at a restaurant. Immediately I received warm welcomes from multiple restaurant staff (the hostess, waiter, & sushi cook). The atmosphere was very relaxing, upscale & pleasant all around. Our server was one of the best servers I've had in years (& I eat out a lot). The food was AMAZING!!! I was so happy to have spent my birthday at Yellowtail! Btw~ all who were with me felt the same, even my young child. This isn't a place you'd want to take young children though that aren't used to behaving well at restaurants, also they don't have a kids menu or drink cups but it worked out perfectly fine for us. We will absolutely be back! We went on a Monday evening & there was no wait.

Couldn't even rate the drinks. Waited for 15 minutes and only talked to one person. Would never waste anymore time at this place. Never go here you'll be highly disappointed

Ordered 9 piece sushimi and received 6 piece...service was terrible...over an hour for food. Received our one sushimi dish and waited 30 min for the rest of it. Server didn't even know what sushi was on the plate
..This place will sink.

Just terrible! I could write a book on how bad this food and service was but just don't go here. The server had no idea how sushi was and kept saying that we can't order our choice of fish on the sashimi or nagiri. Maybe when they have been in business a little longer I can try this again but I doubt it. I love sushi and this was just all wrong. The orange sweet and sour chicken dish that is supposed to be a favorite was MICROWAVED and it wasn't even warm it was still partly frozen. If I wanted something microwaved I would go to a grocery store not to an over priced restaurant. The ladies that are at the front door were talking bad about other people in the restaurant saying things really loud like "THOSE PEOPLE ARE DONE SO AS SOON AS THEY PAY I CAN SEAT YOU!" (in caps because she yelled it across the room).
