I have purchased many shoes from the Shoe Department on Madison Street, but recently had a run-in with the store manager, "MJ". She was rude and showed little, if any customer service while I was trying to tell her about a problem with a pair of shoes I'd purchased from her store within the past two months. If I didn't know better, I would think the SD had hired someone with no "people" experience at all! "MJ" needs to go back to customer service school - and FAST - before she forces all their good customers into other shoe stores.
