Expect nothing but trouble. Had dual exhaust put on my ford... needless to say my pipes fell off within 3 months. Im military.. so I don't appreciate poor service. They lost my business... and I hope others will take their business elsewhere.

Outstanding! Went in looking for an exhaust for my husbands truck and the service and professionalism was beyond words. They got husband's truck in on the spot and he couldn't be more happy with the sound and quality of work! Two thumbs up!

This place fully understands old school service and customer care. Their prices were half of the 9 other shops I called. They do not take appointments, so come early, they have a booming business from what I saw this morning. I called early in the week looking for a quote, and Cecil remembered my name and where I was from when I showed up. All from a 3 minute conversation. I drove an hour and a half to get there, and it was worth every minute. And did I mention, they do great work. Absolutely recommend.

This shop is great. I was hard pressed to find a muffler shop that does excellent, long-lasting work and whom offers outstanding products and parts in the clarksville area; thank god for these guys. Outstanding service, parts and expertice on every service they provide. travis and cecil are the 2 brothers who run this place and they both are friendly, well versed in customer sales and hard working. I took my car in for 2 flowmaster exhaust installations. Travis was the guy who greeted me when i got there and he quickly took down my info and got to work. My car was in and out within 90 minutes, even though the place was very busy. They have good prices for great work and parts!!! I will go back for more work from these guys!!!

I've done a lot of business with Queen City muffler

and they are always honest and affordable. They have never tried to charge for more work than is needed on my vehicle and they do nice repair work

On the way home from Illinois, my tailpipe fell down and was dragging across the interstate. I rigged my belt around the pipe and the frame and it held till I got home. The next morning Cecil and Trevis had me in and out of there with a brand new soldered-on connector piece for less than fifty dollars, and around thirty minutes of work time! Honest people doing hard honest work.
