I took my MacBook Air there to get a screen replacement. They had it for 5 whole weeks and it still wasn't repaired. They said the first screen came in defective and the second one just booted up to an all white screen. I then took the computer to an Apple store only to find out that the "good" screen was also defective.

N & F computers is full of incompetent employees who provide horrible customer service. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Avoid this store at all costs to save yourself precious time and money that I will never be able to get back. Steve.

Further I saw them take time to help old timers which is also very nice. Support this business buy the $599 deal today its suuuuper snappy. Also they can work on Linux.

On Wednesday, December 17th, 2014, my son ran into a problem with a computer he was trying to build from ground up. No matter what he did he could not get it to power up. Finally around 5:00 p.m. he gave up and we decided to drive to Clarksville from Pleasant View (where we live) to try to find some of the places I had found online and to also look to see if we might pass any along the way. At 5:55 p.m. we came upon N & F Computers and rushed in. We explained our situation so we'd at least know if something could be done and if so we'd return the next day since we knew they were currently closing. Not only did Mr. Broome tell my son to go on and bring the computer in, but he was able to fix it by switching up a few wires and he took the time to show my son several things and even explained to him in detail what to do once he arrived back home and started installing things on it. He was very knowledgeable and also very courteous, especially since he stayed open at least 45 minutes past his scheduled closing. He was more than fair with the price we were charged, especially since we held him up and he might have had things to do. We both deeply appreciate his kindness in staying open and taking the time to fix the mess that had been created before we arrived at his business. My son and I were very impressed with the work and also the customer service that was bestowed upon us. I would recommend this computer service business to anyone and I know that when we have future needs in this family we will definitely bring our business back. -Rhonda-
