We had someone from Mr. Appliance replace the evaporator fan assembly inside the back of the freezer section of the fridge to the tune of $538 dollars.

It took the better part of a month waiting for the part. I called and expressed my disappointment, and the part showed two days after that call.

That was two to three months ago.

The service tech clearly didn't clean out the drain pipe, b/c there's no way it got clogged from TOP TO BOTTOM like this in two months.

IF YOU LOOK CLOSELY, you'll see that there was a piece of Zip-Tie stuffed up inside the drain pipe, and the white stuff looks and feels JUST LIKE CHEAP CAULKING.

There's a rubber cap on the end of the drain pipe. There's no way for that Zip-Tie to get up in there unless someone put it there.

ALSO, the drain pipe was Zip-Tied to the adjacent cooling coils, There was no dirt, dust, or grime on those Zip-Ties.

The same size, color, and type of Zip-Ties as the piece stuffed up inside the drain pipe.

AND WHY were there Zip-Ties? Since the drain pipe was glued to a piece of Styrofoam, which was in turn glued to the cooling coils?

Sabotage of the drain pipe in order to hook another service call is what it looks like.

BTW, the fridge didn't start dumping water on the floor until AFTER the Mr. Appliance guy came to the house.

Highly recommend--after being repaired, our washer runs better than when it was new! Service is reasonably priced, quick and courteous.
