The place is quietly sophisticated and looks clean and tranquil. The workers strive to be polite despite various circumstances and my mom's massage therapist Tiffany was superb-

My mom is a social worker working with patients with disabilities who sometimes require physical assistance...I decided her back was beyond my level when I massaged and massaged for hours and she felt nothing! I decided to just pay for it.

This is where Massange Envy comes into play; my mother thoroughly enjoyed the second hour of her massage with Tiffany and is looking forward to more sessions.

Only issue was customer service-I work a lot and was unable to accompany her for her visit and took the time to arrive at separate occasions to arrange things so that all she would have to do is sign and receive her massage but despite all these preparations my mother had to pay unexpectedly. She felt stressed and embarrassed from the change of plans and while she paid it ruined an otherwise pleasant experience.

Well I would have got a massage here, but they wanted my credit card number over the phone before I got there and that WASNT HAPPENING. Girl sounded nice and everything, but said its company policy that they hold the card # till I get there because if someone doesn't show they charge 100% of the session amount to it anyway!?? NO OTHER massage place in town does this! I said I can come in and pay cash but she said "no sorry we must have card on file". So if u go here be prepared to give up privacy and leave your card number with them, for me, ill go down the road to Asian place with my cash and get it done.

Outstanding service. Great prices and hours of availability. Best location in town for massage therapy and facials.
