I have been using DogHouse for years, before they moved to their Wilma Rudolph location, and I LOVE working with them! I never have a problem anytime I go in there. They are always straight forward, and tell me what needs to be done to get my computer up and going again. The lady that works up front is always so sweet and nice and never fails to greet me with a smile! Their customer service is excellent, the techs are so awesome, and I HIGHLY recommend them for any of your computer or IT needs!

I needed someone to fix my laptop and build me a gaming computer, and looking in town, Doghouse was the top recommendation by several people so I decided to see if they could help me. The girl up front was nice and checked my laptop in quickly. She also let me fill out a form on what I wanted in my gaming PC and said they would call with pricing. I had no idea what to put on that form honestly but she got someone to help me. Afterwards, I looked up generally what the cost of parts would be before I got a call from them and when they did call, their price was pretty reasonable. The laptop amazingly could be fixed! Whoo Hoo! [ It had spill damage and a bad hard drive so I thought it was a gonner! ] Long story short, pricing was reasonable, service was great, my laptop was saved, and the gaming computer they built is AMAZING. Overall this place is the best in town HANDS DOWN!

Not trustworthy and overpriced. I took my Macbook Pro here and was excited to see they did the job quickly and well. However, after being told the repair would cost $40-$50, it cost $92!! The problem was exactly what they expected, and they had the part in store. The labor was $64 for what they called a "simple" repair and they only had my computer for 3 hours total. I was not given a reason for the difference between the estimate and the actual price. They got me in the door with their low price, FALSE estimate. I will not be returning here, because they will squeeze as much as possible out of a customer.

I had a bad virus to say the least & the guys at Doghouse had me up and running the same day virus free. They were very well mannered and took the time to explain to me what i needed to do so that it didnt happen again...
