HORRIBLE, CARELESS and 0 regard for others' property

I took my beautiful F-150 in to get the tires balanced.... just a balance nothing else. They destroyed my rims. I understand there will be marks left from where the weights previously were, but there are GOUGES taken out of it not just a few scratches. Literally trenches dug into the rims. When we took it back in the manager argued with me that those were already there. They were new rims with minimal marks and now have bright silver gouges and he says there's nothing they can do about that. I have before and after pictures and that did not matter to him. They took NO responsibility for their screw up. I owned my own business for a decade and NEVER once would I have treated a customer with the disdain and "oh well" attitude they had. You are caring for the pop's of our nation's heroes and you treat them like this?! It's beyond disgusting!!!
