I have been with elite for several years now. They are always very kind and helpful from the front desk staff to the doctors themselves. I have had several emergencies come up and they have always been able to see me in a walk in appointment either the same day or the day after. Trina was my favorite doctor hands down because of how friendly she was, but if you give the doctors still there a chance you'll find them to be just as great. They do often have students in there because many people come to work with them however, they are always very clear a out who the person is and they are always assisted by a doctor.( you always have the rigbt to say no to students being present)The most one has ever been allowed to work on me was by asking me questions while in the room with my doctor.
Dr.Pike is a religious man and he runs his practice with that in mind. The care is never effected and is almost better because of it. They will offer to pray with you if you request it. My mother loves it, but I am not religious and have never once felt pressured about anything. It is very clear that he believes in his heart that his calling is to help people and make them well and he strives towards it with everything he does. My father also have many issues after being med boarded out of the army because of an explosion that left him with many health issues and elite is the only place he will be seen. He says he feels like they truly care and that is very important to him after having so many VA doctor's who just blew him off. They have also really listened to him and helped him with everything and he has made a huge turn around from how he was gears before. Elite is a great practice for anyone needing a doctor for themselves or their family.

My wife and I have been with our current doctor for 30 years. He is retiring. Dr. Pike is accepting new patients and we have excellent health insurance.



He turned us down and provided absolutely no reason.

This has got to be the most unprofessional clinic I have ever been too. I have NEVER experienced such behavior with an office staff or a Dr. in charge. The phrase "Do no harm" definitely needs to be explained to it's office staff and Dr. in charge. They just lost the only reason to go here and her name was Trina Ondrizek. Beware and enter at own risk.

These people are charlatans

Love this place, with the exception of ONE thing! Dr. Pike is amazing and so is Trina. They both listen to their patients. They do not have enough appointments and their hours are like banker hours instead of doctor ones. I haven't had to beg them to work me in if I am urgent.....but I would hope they would make an exception.

This place is a joke. My fiancé came here for an evaluation for the VA. I was there with him as he is very skidish of doctors in general. I was informed to wait in the lobby and as soon as they were through with X-rays they would come get me. They stuck him in a room by himself, never came to get me, and when I brought it to the attention of the front desk people, I got nothing but a nasty attitude and a huff.



Just sitting in the lobby, I overheard their front desk staff laugh at and ridicule patients behind their backs about how they looked, how they were dressed, and how they spoke. Both desk people were completely unprofessional!



I also witnessed a man with a simple question about his medication wait for nearly an hour, only never to be seen.



Upon completion of his evaluation, my fiancé informed me that he wasn't even evaluated by the doctor. Dr. Pike did not even have an active participation in the exam and allowed a student nurse to do the exam alone. These evaluations are very serious business and are not something to be toying with. Just an ounce of a little respect would have been appreciated.



I have been in touch with the VA and am really pushing them to look into finding another office to evaluate veterans in Clarksville.



If you ever really need care, skip this place. It's a joke. When you walk into a doctors office, you can always tell if they really care or if they're "processing" you. Patients here are a number and a paycheck. They could care less about people.

Some of us lost our primary provider early this year when our provider signed to see HMO patients only. Dr. Pike & Elite Primary Care was a name recommended a month ago. I suddenly had an episode needing medication immediately and called Elite, willing to see the doctor or the NP. All booked and couldn't see anyone for a week, but only after they asked what insurance I have (Federal BCBS). They're located only a mile away, but this proved that if you have an illness that may require an unplanned visit, you had better find a more willing doctor's office that saves a few openings daily as most doctors do for emergenies. When I found their web site, it's different that they have closed numerous times lately, when they are only open M-F anyway. Not very flexible or reliable for true care. Thank goodness my many years of care with Osteopath's has been much better than trying to see this D.O., but it does show that as badly as I was in hopes of this doctor becoming mine and other family members new primary care facility, it would not be healthy for us to rely on them. Sad, as Clarksville needs more doctors who truly care about the peopke instead of just using lines in their mission statements they have no intention of observing.
