If I could rate them at a zero I would. I am not satisfied at all with my experience at this dental office. I have a 6 year old child who is very afraid of the dentist so we decided to try the sedation dentistry this office offers. I had a consult. Scheduled the appointment and paid in full (as required) the day we went to sedation appointment. They gave my daughter some kind of medicine that made her sleepy then we sat for 2 hours waiting until they came to tell me they had an equipment malfunction and we would have to be rescheduled. They rescheduled us, then cancelled that appointment because of something with the Dr. Then they rescheduled and cancelled again. After the 3rd time I asked for a refund & tried the Pleasant view office. Instead of refunding me they transferred my money to the Pleasant View office. We were able to have one appt. for her to have a partial amount of work done, then the 2nd time it was a different dentist and they gave her nitrous for 2 hrs. and after giving her the shots to numb her mouth the dentist took so long to get in to her that the numbing wore off and they had to give another round of shots. At that point my 6 year old was done, & so was I. I have switched to a completely different dental office and have had all of my daughters work done under sedation in one appointment at a cheaper cost and with way less hassle. I would not recommend Clarksville or Pleasant View Dental Spa to anyone. I am still waiting on a refund from 8 months ago and have filed a complaint with the BBB in hopes of getting my money back.
I also find it interesting that they have listed here they are an A+ rating from the BBB but on the better business bureau website they are not accredited.

everytime I walk into Clarksville Dental Spa Nicole welcomes me with a friendly face in a beautiful smile. all of my kids love going to see doctor Harrison. he is amazing dentistry is come a long way. my children have had plenty of dental work done and we would not go anywere else the staff and doctor Harrison are wonderful and they will treat you not only is patient but family and friends. they really do care a Clarksville Dental Spa.

I had a new patient appointment two weeks ago and I was not going to write a review, due to the fact that I thought their service spoke for itself. But after hearing from a friend that looked up reviews, I knew I needed to add my thoughts. I had a wonderful experience at the dental spa. The staff was very patient and kind with not only myself, but also my children! After finding out that my child needed extensive work, they walked me through everything from top to bottom - financially and work wise. Unlike the person underneath me, I thought the staff was so helpful and willing to work with me. Especially Nicole! If it weren't for her I wouldn't have been able to maximize my insurance to get the most out what I had to pay. I have had some really awful experiences with dental offices in the past and I found it really hard to trust the capability of an office, but for as long as I'm here in Clarksville I would always recommend the dental spa. I would suggest, if having any doubts for the dental spa - call and schedule an Appointment!!! Would recommend to anyone for sure!!

The service is great and the staff is awesome.Nicole is awesome! definitely recommend!!

I called to make and appointments and had a few questions, a few that they couldn't answer and told me they would call back with later, I decided to just make an appointments. What a cluster that was! I had to repeat everything multiple times, all of my insurance information, my personal information, etc. I'm a patient person but after how many times I had to keep repeating myself with everything I was getting irritated and was ready to just hang up. Then she says to hold on for a minute while she puts my information in. Another lady gets on to ask the same info, she through me off was how snippy she was. I said that I had just given it out. "I know but that girl is new and doesn't know what she is doing yet so youre going to have to give it to me again." I started to tell her the two insurances that cover me and she got even snippier and told me they couldnt help me. Really? I've never once had issues with my insurance, especially since I'm double covered. I didn't get my foot in the door but if their front desk girls are that rude and unable to do their jobs then why would I want to?

Every time I go here for my regular cleaning, I feel like I'm going to the spa! While I sit back in my massaging chair, I can watch my favorite show. I look forward to going to the dentist now!
