We are a young family who trusted Cato’s 50 years of experience. We are first time home owners. After closing, we discovered both termites and Cato’s falsified the termite inspection report.

The gentleman who wrote the inspection has a reputation of not doing his job. It appears the owner of Cato’s did the good Christian thing and gave the gentleman a second chance.

However, his kindness to the inspector (Cato’s employee) shouldn’t be at our young families expense. Cato’s owners response was calling me a liar and accused me trying to get something for nothing.

Sadly, there is enough information wrong on the termite inspection to show the Cato’s inspector didn’t inspect our home.

We kindly ask the owner to do the right thing and make this right by sharing the cost of remediation.

Cato's Exterminating Company has been our choice for all exterminating needs at the two homes that we have owned since 2004, our Grandmothers home, and the home we currently occupy. We have been more than pleased with the exceptional level of service and appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of each of the Cato's technicians who have serviced these homes.

Excellent service, very thorough. Kind, respectful, caring people. DAVID DID AN EXCELLENT JOB! He sprayed every room and basement and outside paremeters. He will be visiting my home every month now to keep the neighbor bugs out of my home!!! Thankyou for making me feel more comfortable!!!

Total waste of money! The guy that came was very kind but he put down glue traps and didn't catch anything! I called for a second service because I could hear the mice at night and see the droppings everywhere! Still nothing!! I called and complained, asked for a refund since I'm having to call in another exterminator and no one will return my calls! Horrible service and a waste of money!
