Respect their time, not yours. I set an appointment for my daughter to come for a first time visit. I was on the phone almost 20 minutes setting up the appointment. I received several calls, emails and texts messages reminding me of the appointment. Filled out the online forms the night before. That I had to tell them to use, once there. And arrived early, as asked to do. Get there and asked the same information I have given over the phone they did not have. The office manager is politely rude and in the wrong line of work. She felt this wasn't the right place for us. I agree! And you Lady, just caused this business a lost with a family who has 3 great insurance providers Delta, Guardian and Blue Dental. I should have been paid for wasting my time, for the appointment we were turned away from having!
