Alicia is simply Awesome. I had a bad experience with my Persian awhile ago and was afraid to take her anywhere else. She needed grooming so bad so I went hunting for someone to help. Alicia was there, she was so knowledgeable and taught me a few things. Her and her ladies did a wonderful job for my Willow. I would recommend her to anyone who is a little afraid to let their animal go to someone for grooming. And to everyone else. I feel thankful and blessed I found her, I wish I would have found her a couple of years ago.

I took my dogs to Alisha's today. My large dog i requested a bath, trim, when I went to pick my dogs up, my large dog that was suppose to have gotten a trim was scalped! her little behind was scalped down to the skin and was bleeding. when i arrived, she was running around and they could not catch her. she was terrified! I got my dogs and went to pay my bill, i was told beforehand that it would be $100.00, when i went to pay it was $196.00!!! I got them home and both were terrified!! My large dog tried to bite us when we tried to pet her! What kind of abuse did they receive! I called and left two messages and no return calls! Therefore I have stop payment on my check and am contemplating calling the sheriff's office to file a complaint. No animal should be mistreated like this!!! Please do not take your dogs to this place. If my dog is not better by morning, i will take them to the vet to see what happen to my dogs. If you love your pets, do not take them there!

Lucky and Layla stayed at Alicia's K9 Kuts and Kennels for a week. They came home and have never been so relaxed and happy and I could tell that they had had a great time there. They are never like that normally when they stay at other places!! Layla is 11 and is normally so miserable and just sleeps the first two days when she gets home and she wasn't like that at all, which I am very thankful for. Lucky was very relaxed and happy as well so this will be the place from now on that I take my dogs to!! You can tell that they treat them like they were their own dogs and I will recommend them to everyone I know!!!

I would use Alicia's K9 again and recommend to others. My Rottie was required to have an eval before Alicia would board. My dog was extremely anxious and Alicia was very upfront that it wasn't a good fit. I respect that she wasn't just looking to take our money. I ended up boarding my other dog with her as my rottie ended up needing to board with my vet office due to an unexpected surgery. She took great care of her, sent me frequent updates on how she was doing, and offered to check in on my rottie at the vet or even bring her something from my home if we wanted. My dog fell in love with Alicia during her stay.

I just took my newest family member Ruby to Alicia"s for the first time for a wash and a cut. I was 100 percent satisfied with the results. She was very professional and a thrill to do business with. She will continue to get my business and anybody I can send her way.

I am not really sure what happened with this business. We began taking our dog last year, back when there were apparently two locations, one on Old Highway 48 and the other which is based out of the basement of the owner's home. The Old Highway 48 location seemed to have a nice set up, was clean and had ample staff. Our dog loved going there, and always was excited to arrive. However, around the spring time, we began to sporadically find our dog left unattended with other dogs in the play area, the doors of the business locked, and no staff inside. Sometimes there would be a sign or note on the door with a contact number, usually there was not. On more than one occasion, our dog was the last remaining in the play area at the end of the day, was without staff, and had peed on the floor when we picked him up. (This may just be marking behavior given that several dogs likely peed in that space.) We generally began to notice less and less staff (girls whom we had seen previously were no longer around) as time went on. Later in the spring, customers were informed that the Old Highway 48 location was closing and everything was being moved to the location based out of the owner's home. During this transition, the absenteeism of the staff increased. We addressed this with the owner who explained that it was only for a portion of the afternoon because the process of moving was difficult and required assistance of her staff. Once the transition to the other location was complete, we began bringing our dog there. The appearance of this location is not nearly as professional as it is based out of her personal home with laundry being hung outside and a basement for the place of business. Given the constraints of working with a space like that, it was quite cramped and the basement stunk very badly of dog. We brought our dog to this location a total of three times until the final day when we picked him up to find he had urinated all over himself. We were warned via text that the staff would be absent for an hour that afternoon to attend an animal control policy meeting in town. Judging by the fact that our dog had urinated on himself and can hold his urine at home for eight hours if necessary, I am guessing either this was a longer time of absence than they stated via text or that the staff was simply neglectful. Either way, we will no longer use this business. We wish it had never changed because it used to be a great option for our dog while we were at work. Again, one year ago, it was terrific.

I was very disappointed with my experience of Alicia's K9 Kuts and Kennels. I had called to find out about pet sitting for my cats. The place was recommended to me by a friend. When I called and talked to Alicia she was not accommodating on setting up a visit schedule. She said she had to come 3 times a day at $25 each time every day for the time I needed the pet sitting. I said I would like for her to come one time every other day. She said no because she had to pay the mortgage for her shop. I was trying to give her business and she basically said she didn't want it. I don't think this is the right way to talk to a customer. I can't think of someone who wants to pay $75 a day for pet sitting. Outrageous!

When i made an appt. to have my Gizmo groomed, she explained everything to me and had me very excited to see his makeover!!!

I highly suggest using their services, I have started using their daycare for my large boxer, and recently went out of town, so I left my pet with Alicia's K9. My dog loves them. Sometimes I work long hours and when my pet isn't at daycare with them, a dog walker comes by and exercises my dog, so my pet isn't cooped up all day, they even send me pictures it"s cool. I have never had this great of service anywhere else. A+

I had a fantastic experience boarding my dog lizzie at Alicias Kuts and Kennels. I had never boarded my dog before, and I was terrified of what the experience would be like for her. She is a rescue dog and is very nervous about new environments. Immediately when I brought lizzie in, Alicia recognized how anxious she was and treated her with calming scents and a gentle voice. She recognized all lizzies needs as an older dog and was very kind. I was MORE than comfortable leaving my dog with Alicia and know that she was very well cared for. I also got the bath treatment (with blueberry facial!) and she came home happy and gorgeous. Lastly, I also have to comment on how flexible Alicia was re my pick up time as my flights home were delayed multiple times. I would not board my dog anywhere else!

I can't thank you enough for the fabulous services you provide. Layla and Toby have never looked better. I'm so thankful to have found a professional groomer who truly has a passion for animals and loves their work. We can't wait to see you December 17th :)

I am so happy with Alicia and her staff!! We have taken our huskies to several grooming facilities in the area, including mobile groomers and have not had the quality, professionalism, or friendliness that we get at Alicia's K9 Kuts and Kennels!! Their shedless treatments and holistic methods are phenomenal and our girls (huskies) do so well there. I know they are in good hands and we are secure knowing that we have found our "permanent" grooming facility!!

I took my doggie, Chase, to Alicia; her and her staff were wonderful.

They were very professional, helpful and good with Chase. He is very

energetic and he had a blast! So, now he goes to doggie daycare with

Alicia. He is able to run in a huge fenced in yard, play in kiddie pools and play

with lots of other doggies. He always comes home smelling good, and has a

bandana! I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a groomer, daycare

or boarding for their furry friend.

We have a very sweet, energetic 3-year-old Golden Retriever named Indy. He is our baby, so when we have to go out of town a couple times a year it has always been very stressful trying to find a place to take care of him. I tried a couple local kennels and was heartbroken at the thought of leaving him at either one again. Someone recommended Alicia, so we called for a tour. As soon as we walked through the door I noticed it SMELLED sooo good in there!!! (Unlike the other kennels we tried) Alicia, Jessica and staff were so helpful, professional and friendly. Indy was not stressed out at all when we dropped him off. I could tell they took such good care of him. When we came to pick him up he was out playing in the lovely shaded, fenced-in yard, which also contained a shelter and swimming pool. He looked truly happy and acted totally normal. Our previous experiences he always acted traumatized & took a couple days to recover. Thank you again Alicia for your wonderful care of our baby. We will come back to you again and again.

We've been taking our Jack Russell Terrier to Alicia almost since she opened up in 2007. A JRT is not an easy dog for your average person to care for but Alicia and her crew have always enjoyed having him around and even HE enjoys his "vacation" with Alicia. He's never gotten anything less than the best care while with her.

Alicia's K-9 Kuts has groomed all of my pets ,past and present. From her big smile to her expertise she is A-1 in my book. Collies are not easy to groom and i leave both of mine in her expert care. Her business is second to none. Rates a 10+.

She uses all of these wonderful day spa smelling products...she's so kind and truly loves animals.
