My mother's ashes arrived in the end of August. On Labor Day weekend I went to the office and asked why the 2017 plate was not on the headstone. I was told it was on order and should be in the following week. I went back again the end of October. No plate. I was told they forgot to order it and it should be in soon. I went back right before Christmas and guess what? No plate. No apology. And to top it off, the vase my daughter purchased Labor Day weekend was missing. They claim there's no supervisor on the premises. They gave me the name and phone number of some man they claim was the supervisor. I left two messages for him since he does not answer his phone.. No response. Unbelievable?!!! My mother paid for everything almost 20 years ago and this is the way they treat her family now.
