Provided by YP.comThese people are horrible. I mean, it must be hard for them to give a customer an undamaged product. When we got our bed, they damaged our headboard. We were supposed to get the new one today, but they had to reschedule for next Saturday (the new head board was damaged, so they have to get ANOTHER new head board). How about watching how you handle your products?! And the woman on the phone kept calling it a foot board instead of a head board (even though we kept telling her it was a head board that was damaged! But, whatever, some people pretend like they can't hear EXACTLY what you're saying, I guess).
