I made an appointment to have my oil changed. I needed the work done late in the day and I wanted to make sure they could fit me in before closing. When I called, they told me it would be no problem. When I showed up at the appointed time and told them I had called about getting an oil change, they said, "Not today." I told them I had an appointment, and they said a couple other people came in before me, and they could not fit me in now. They immediately wanted me to make another appointment for the next day. I refused. If they do not respect that my time is valuable and will not honor appointments, I did not see what good it would do to make another appointment.
