A few weeks ago I got a flat in downtown Louisville on my way home from work. I called my Dad, who came and inflated my tire. I then followed him to the Big O in Clarksville. We made it safely, and even though they were closing in only 30 minutes, they went ahead and helped us! Embarrassingly, Id let my tires wear to near dangerous tread levels. I was easily convinced that I should replace all four, or else Id end up stuck in rush hour with yet another flat in the near future. By this time it was only 20 minutes to close, but instead of me having to leave my car overnight and have the tires put on the next morning, they said it was no problem to take my car back that evening. My dad and I took his car out to eat, and before wed even finished our meal I received a call from Big O saying my new tires were on. I am doing my best to stay on top of the free rotations Big O offers when you buy tires from their store. Definitely recommended!
