1 week ago was my first scheduled pickup. They were supposed to drop off a recycling bin and they did not. I called and kindly asked about it- I got no apology, just that the bin was given to the wrong driver. Ok that's fine. Things happen. I was told I'd receive it today. I got home today and not only is there no bin but my trash is still there. Last week it was picked up before this time and it's a bit late to expect them now. This doesn't seem to be going well and I may need to switch companies.

Would look elsewhere. Hugely unprofessional and demeaning to customer complaints in regards to service. They do not care if they have your business or not.
