About time! I used this service and what a difference! first, the tech came to my home, put on foot covers, told me his name "Rick" and gave me his card. went to my problem right away, and then a surprise. We needed parts. that was the cool part of it. He doesn't mark up parts and said, "we let you buy the parts through WWW.repairclinic.com and they have a 365 day return refund policy. so, I had to order my own parts with his consulting and pay my own shipping of course but, it sure takes all the guess work out of knowing if I am getting scammed or not. The timer arrived and I called him, he works at a large repair company full time and does nights and weekends only so, that worked even better for my busy schedule. long story short, this guy can fix any thing, and my washer has been running perfect since he left. he used to be a sears tv repair man and amazed me that he picked up appliance service so fast. he said, I want to be the guy you can count on but, I am only one man so forgive me if I can't get right on the phone. I called his cel 248 390-2399 which is different from the yp ad. He called me at about six pm both times to work out a schedule. I finally found someone that I can trust and he is cool as cool too. He even hooked up my tv and made my computer faster while he was here. amazing :-)
