Excellent service. I didn't have to load the lawn mower in my car, take it to the shop, then go pick it up in a couple days. Best of all, they fixed it on the spot. I could cut my grass after they left. Courteous, quick and thorough at a reasonable price. I would recommend Mr. Mobile to anyone.

To the gentleman who wrote a half of page regarding his son and Mom , I am sorry but It sounds to me like you were just having personal problems on that day , and you took it out on Mr. Mobile. As the rest who posted and were and or are very satisfied ......Thank you Mr. Mobile for making my day so much easier, you booked me the next day. First when I called the girl who answeres the phone was so so sweet and then she started asking me these questions regarding my mower, I was very impressed with her knowledge and how friendly she is on the phone. I would recomened this "FAMILY" owned business to everyone !!! Thanks again all of you .....

Horrible. I made an appointment for 2pm the Friday before Memorial Day weekend. I work midnights so got up early. I also was supposed to pick up my son for visitation and visit my mother on her birthday in the hospital(120 miles away), I was hopeful Mr. Mobile could fix the pull rope on mower and I could be on the road by 3pm. At 2:30 I called to ask why the repair man had not arrived or called me. The lady in the office was clueless, only saying his last appt was at 12 noon in Clarkston. I told her I needed to be on the road by 3:30 to avoid holiday traffic. She assured me he would be here by 3:30. Well, at 3:20 my wife called the office and a message said "Everyone is out of the office" - how conveninet. Where is the professionalism? WHy couldn;t they call the guy on his cell phone to see where he was and why he missed our apt? Maybe he decided to knock off early and not come here. Either way, I am a disabled veteran who needed help fixing a mower. I am unable to lift it to put into my truck and these guys blew it. My wife works for a Fortune 500 company and I will make sure everyone knows how unprofessional this business is.

They came to my house (same day) and fixed my lawn mower in about 1 hour, for much less than other shops around wanted. Plus I did not have to take it anywhere!!! Thanks Chris / Happy customer!!
