The cashier at this Kroger Erin was very rude and she became annoyed at me because I didn't swipe my credit card fast enough for her

My elderly mother moved in with us in June of 2015 from Saginaw. Our first experience with the Kroger Pharmacy was when we ask them if they would call the pharmacy in Saginaw to transfer her scripts to them. They told us it is best if we wait until we need them and then they would see if they can transfer them. We wanted to do it ahead of time. Last week my mom called in to have 4 prescriptions refilled, when I picked them up at the drive thru. The one my mom needed the most wasn't filled. When I talked to the pharmacists the next day, she suggested that it had rolled out of the bag. It had not. I picked them up through the drive thru, took the stapled bag home, opened it and there were only 3 in the bag. They did give us the omitted prescription but would not admit fault. Then today, I took a prescription for a pain killer over for my mom and they told me they were out of it. Sorry, we can't call the other kroger pharmacies because it is a controlled substance. I just wanted to know if they had it in stock!! I am pretty fed up!!

Plus, you can never get a script filled in under 2-3 hours. So if you take it in in the afternoon, you most likely will get it the next day.
