Jon and his crew did a fantastic job triming and removing trees around our home. Jon came over and we walked the perimeter giving me his advise on what needed to be done (not knowing that I had already had a couple other tree services come out and do the same). He gave me a very honest breakdown of what he thought needed be done with detailed explaination. Day of the job I came home to a clean yard with all the work we agreed on complete and more! Overall Great company to work with. Jon's number is now saved in my phone as "Jon the Tree Guy". Thanks Guys!

Big Twigs came out and removed a VERY large tree that was close to the house. They avoided all wires and removed the HUGE tree with ease. They even cleaned up the yard of all the branches and leaves.
The employees are very friendly.
John the owner is a very nice and busy guy. We will call again if we need any more tree service done.

A couple of weeks after I had work done on my large maple tree, a trimmed branch broke and was hanging onto the ground.

I emailed Jon on 7/9. After multiple attempts at contact, Jon responded on 7/13 saying that he was coming to take a look. He did so, but failed to get back to me about it. I texted on 7/17 and texted and called on 7/19, finally receiving a text that Jon would call me right back. He failed to do so. When I called the next day, Jon said that he hoped to have the branch cleared by the end of the week. I followed up with multiple texts with no response until 7/28, at which time Jon said a crew was in the area, but he would not know if they were available until noon. No updates were provided. Multiple texts after that went unanswered.

On August 4th, I noticed that the branch touching the ground had been cleared. Still no communication from Big Twigs. A large branch stub was left, but at least the branch is no longer in my neighbor's yard.

I can not say enough good things about Johnathan and Big Twigs! And no, I'm not a relative. I got a fair price and they did exactly what they said they were going to do in a timely fashion. When I called for an estimate, Jonathan came out the next day on time, impressed me with his knowledge, and gave me an estimate. I accepted. Two days later the team was here, on time, was polite, respectful, and did a great job. Five and a half hours later, 2 trees down, 3 trimmed and the stumps ground. They were fabulous! I am no stranger to tree trimmer and this was my best experience. Highly recommend.

Over confident, and a group of thugs is the biggest insult to the company. The are confident is the service they can provide which is a great quality to have. And these "thugs" you refer to are amazing employees who work the butts off to provide the best service they can. Check your facts Justin s.

I can highly recommend Big Twigs. They did an excellent job of trimming the two huge silver maple trees in my backyard. These guys can climb trees like monkeys! I also had a large Colorado Spruce in the front yard that had to go. They cut it down in no time and ground away the stump. They did complete cleanup, leaving no trace. They were professional and on-time.
