When we first bought our home the heat exchanger on the furnace went bad. We called Pole King because they were, quite frankly, the closest to our home and we had come from out of state. The repair guy, Jerry I believe, told us he had installed it when it was new and that it had a lifetime warrenty. He knew we were from out of State and could have charged us for a new one and we would have been screwed/none the wiser. His honesty and friendliness earned our buisness for life. We have have used them about a half dozen times since then and have only had one bad experience (it wasn't Jerry).
