Stopped in did not know what the name of the part was i needed. Talked to a older man who did not care if i was there or not did not want to help me at all. He told me to figure out what i needed and come back. So i went to fishers auto an older lady waited on me she went outside got on the ground and figured out what I needed. I work in a auto shop I will never shop there again unless Dan is working. The other man. Should take a course in customer service smile buddy attitude says it all.

My husband and i ordered running boards for our truck, when we received them there was only 1 board for one side of the truck. Reordered and had to pay additional money. When we got this set the were the wrong size (for ss crew cab and we have extended cab, which employee measured). tryied to reorder for the 3thd time and was going to have to pay and additional $200.00-$300.00 more. When i asked for money back i only got part of the money in cash and the rest was put on a gift card, which will do us no good, because we will never shop there again.
