Cliff, Craig and their team, from office support to technical crew, were all very helpful, professional, problem-solving experts. Cliff helped us select and design a fireplace for our historic house - which dates to 1922 and has a number of chimney and flu issues. He worked with these house complexities and they installed a wonderful unit for us, giving us all sorts of extra attention and help. My fireplace was schedule to get repaired on May 12th, 2015. They did not even contact me to get access to my house by May 11th, 2015, which made me confused. Then I called them in the afternoon of May 11th and got an answer that they had to delay it. That was pretty surprised because I never got any call or email saying they had to delay. Now, 10 days after May 12th. I have not received any update from them so I called them again and got an answer saying they do not know when they are going to do the repair. To be fair, I give them one star although they deserve zero star. I do not know how good or how bad their repair job is because they have not done yet. I hope I can get it done before this year is over. Who knows.

I had another company provide a cleaning, video inspection, and proposal for chimney repairs (which I didn't like). I contacted Clean Sweeps for a second opinion. Cliff Slagle contacted me immediately. He didn't require me to have yet another inspection at an additional cost, but promptly reviewed my photos from the 1st inspection and provided an alternative recommendation for my chimney repair along with a written quotation. His solution was preferable to what had been suggested thus far. He even matched - and exceeded - a competitve quote; the work was scheduled promptly. They were accommodating of my work schedule and really made an effort to complete the work as my schedule dictated. Andy and the crew were clean, courteous, professional, hard-working and did an excellent job! I noted their materials were superior to what other companies had used in the past. When weather prevented final completion of the job, Cliff was quick to return and complete the work as soon as the weather allowed. I now have a fire-safe, odor-free, relined chimney, new crown cap and exterior damper, and the all the brickwork has been waterproofed. Clean Sweeps knows what they're doing, their services are fairly priced, and I'm very pleased. Thank you, Clean Sweeps!

Great job, on time. Cliff was very friendly and it was lot of fun to watch the camera and actually see the problems as he explained the issues. Very detailed analysis.

Our technician did a wonderful job. Hard worker, very polite, and took his shoes off at the front door. He was very timely and efficient. The staff on the phone were polite and clear about their services. I will use them again.

They arrived on time, they did't try to press us to purchase more than what we actually needed done, they fixed the problem without making a huge mess and their service person was friendly and efficient. We would certainly use them again!

Great workers very helpful

I've used Clean Sweaps of Michigan to clean my chimney & wood stove. They gave me a call first thing in the morning just to let me know their technicians were on their way.
