    Exceptional!

    from day 1 of the tour until the last day of my dad's residence, The Birches gave quality care and customer service. out of all the communities i visited, i have never felt more welcomed than i did at The Birches. their memory care unit, where my dad resided, was exceptional and i would highly recommend AT LEAST a visit if you are looking into a community for your loved one.
