Absolutely atrocious customer service. I will never bring any of my business to them, you shouldn't either.

I called three different places and plum gold had the best prices and selection and they worked with me on good layaway plan that worked for both of us.

My favorite jewelry store ever. Their customer service is fantastic. Randy is a great designer and everything always comes out looking more beautiful than I could have imagined.

For years I have bought several pieces of jewelry from Plum Gold and had several repairs done and this is by far the best jewelry store around. Not only did they quote me the best price for any of my needs, the customer service, selection, and fast, quality work was exceptional. I will definitely continue to do business with them!

I had some repair work done here, and when I dropped it off, the older guy who took my information was rude and short with me. When I went to pick it up, he was a total @$$. It wasn't ready yet, and all he had to do was say that the repair shop was not at the store, it would be delivered later, and apologize for any inconvenience. But no, he was short, abrupt, rudely said he told me to wait until the end of the day, turned his back to me, and essentially dismissed me. When I went to pick it up later that day, he charged me more than his initial quote, and the soldering wasn't lined up properly. I was furious. I will never ever go here again, and I only left one star because zero isn't an option. Do not do business with this man. It's worth the drive to Tulsa to find someone with better manners.
