This company gave me an estimate to replace the floor joists and flooring from wall to center 8 ft in the master bedroom and the whole floor in adjoining bedroom and a partial area of the laundry room. The 8 ft of floor the replaced in the master was unlevel when they finished. It sloped down to the adjoining wall. When I complained they added taper 2 x 4s tapered to the center then that I supplied, and 1/2 in sheet of plywood on top of there mistake in that room. They did nothing about the unlevel floor in the other bedroom and that room they left gaps between the floor and the wall. Then the partial area in the laundry room isn't stable and there is a gap between plywood and wall you can see under the house with a corner sticking up that sticks up 3 inches on one side that is in the doorway. They left a hump in the floor of the middle of my master bedroom and now the hardwood flooring that I planned on putting in there cannot be put down now. It is a dome shape sticking up in the middle of the room. Very poor workmanship. To top it all off they left pieces of wood laying all over the back yard where they cut all the wood and I don't mean small scraps either 3 ft squares of plywood and 4 and 5 ft pieces of lumber everywhere. Then they brought a revised estimate and charged me $400 more for them to 'fix' there screw ups in the master. They were also supposed to raise the adjoining wall 3 inches which the did not do as you can see in the pictures.
