The only thing keeping me from rating this 1 star is the fact that they did actually do a good job with mounting and balancing my tires, but the service was over-priced and, between calling them on the phone two separate times to make an appointment and showing up in person to drop off my car and ask a question, I would not recommend this place. They were very short with me every time they called, answering questions with grunts or a single word, with the manager cutting me off mid-sentence when I was asking him a question and giving me a short, rude-sounding answer in a condescending tone of voice. When I went to pick my car up, I waited in the sitting room for ten minutes with no employees in sight and no way to summon an employee, had to actually go back and open their window and yell into the service area to see if anyone was around. Everyone I dealt with treated me like an inconvenience. These people need to be trained in how to interact with customers politely and make them feel like their business is wanted. I will NEVER do business with them again and will actively steer my friends away from them. If anyone wants to be treated nicely and not like an inconvenience, go over to Dave Cannon of Cannon Tire in Ascutney, he knows how to be nice to customers and treat them like their business is appreciated.

I have always had excellent service for over ten years.

Very disappointed with service. Purchased four tires with all the extended service. Went in to have my rotation was told it would void my warrantee. When my tires wore out at 30,000 on a 65,000 tire would not help with replacement. Was told to get a different car - had to have my husband deal with them and received different treatment. Will not go back!!
