When I scheduled my hair and make up apt for my wedding a also scheduled a trial run for both hair and make up. They said the trial would only be $20 total. After getting my hair and make up trial they charged me $35. I called them and asked how much a trail was (didnt tell them who I was and that I was over charged) The lady told me $20. I told her thats what I thought and that I was charged $35. She said she would talk to the stylist and call me back. She did call me back 5 hours later and said that i was not over charged that $35 was the right price. I said but when i called this morning you said trials were $20, She never did reply to that, she just went on to say that it was correct and that there would be no price ajustmant. I told her that was awful of them and that I was going to call around and might end up cancelling my apt with them. After thinking about it I decided to just deal with the over charge and keep my apt. When I called to tell them this the very snippy said "we dont want to work with you and have cancelled your apt." They cancelled my hair and make up apt plus my 2 bridesmaids apt for there hair a week and a half before my wedding. They are rude, they over change and they are just plain awful. do not go here.
