As a small business owner, TWO things are critically important to us; COST is equil to or less than the VALUE. After watching, monitoring, and documenting our former garbage collection, we realized that they were SKIPPING some of our garbage pick ups. Interestingly enou8gh, the billing kept coming. When we called the ones we used back then, we were told that our residental apartment dumpsters must not have been out by 6AM. This simply was not true as we had personally put them out the night before AND had video proof due to our Security System Cameras. When we brought up that point, the excuse/reason changed to "Oh thats a new route driver". Unfortunately, in our downtown area is 100% empty at that hour - and any driver,m new or not, can see their company has dumpsters (not to mention THREE) on a curb and shouldnt jusat drivew right by them.WE SWITCHED TO SKJEVELAND and instantly felt "appreciated" as a customer - and not just a "number" or an "account". We have never had a problem with them, and they are very personavle and prompt.Now, as memebers of the Chamber of Commerece and other organizations - we highly reccomend them!

Easy to work with LOCAL company, our Contractor suggested we use them as they were easy to work with. Great experience and very helpful. Will use them again!!
