my wife an I sat at the bar here tonight and were ignored for the most part -we sat for almost 20 minutes with empty glasses--when we go the manager James attention he told us we were not welcome there--I have been a resident of Claremont for 40 years and have never been treated so rudely-this is a rude and obnoxious place and would not recommend it to anyone

Huge portions of great food. Try the meatloaf. It comes with mashed potatoes and corn and is not for the timid. It has a real kick to it.. DH and I often go there and split an order of nachos. That's more than enough for dinner and we usually have enough left over to take home. One of my favorite appetizers is the bucket of Steamers. Huge clams served with giant portions of cheese bread. This is a throw your preanut shells on the floor kind of place. Drinks are also served in oversized portions. Don't miss this place. Great food in an upscale college town.
