Made it worst and charged 200 bucks

They installed a water heater 2 years ago, it broke. It would light for ten minutes and shut off. I called ray and he reassured me it was under warranty. He came out and looked at it while my wife was home. Stayed for 1/2 hour. He charged my wife 205 dollars. I came home and there was a mess all over the place and I went to turn it on And now it doesn't even start. I called him and he lied said he was there over an hour and tough luck I need a new one. A 2 year old water heater........ This place is a scam and I would hope no one else gets ripped off!
