I left messages for 8 different plumbers and spoke to one secretary who said they could get someone out that afternoon. My son's shower wouldn't shut off and my son was very upset. He is 30 years old but severely autistic so patients aren’t his strong point. Paul was the first to call back at 9:21am, just a few minutes after I left a message. He sent Jeff out who arrived here around 10:30am and job was done by 11am. Price was better then other quote I received. Jeff did a great job and was super nice and very fast. Big thank you to Jeff and Paul. You get our vote for hero of the day. :)

Did a great job on a difficult repair in a small below-grade vault, and got it fixed without damaging the concrete floor! The owner, Paul, and Ben, the plumber who did the work, were responsive and easy to deal with. Paul's Plumbing is the place to call if you're looking for a company who will work with you to get the job done quickly and at a reasonable price.

I called yesterday for a couple plumbing issues. First, the tube from the diswasher under the sink had holes in it and leaking onto the kitchen floot and my toilet tank wouldn't hold water. Paul was able to squeeze me in the next day and fixed both in less than an hr. He was very friendly, knowledgable and honest about things. Great customer service. Thanks Paul from Kerry! I would defintely recommend you to anyone in need of a plumber. The only suggestion I would make is to perhaps take the discarded parts instead of leaving them at the home of the customer.

I had a water leak (cracked pipe), so I called Paul's Plumbing. The response was fast and professional and the pipe was fixed without any problems. I would without any hesitation recommend Paul's Plumbing to anyone. Thanks again.

Very poor.I explained exactly where a leak was in a cracked pipe. We discussed a second access if it would save money, they state they couldn't do it so, unfortunately, I assume they are not going to do the second access. Per owner, after the fact, they were to do and estimate by using main crawl space access. NEVER received an access, the plumber who came was creating an access as I was leaving house (yes, I still had someone here while they were working) I said specifically NOT to do access if they couldn't do it without damage as there was an appraisal being done that day! Oh My Gosh....damage, things moved not put back, neither access was closed when they left (by closed I mean main access door left off, board they removed from second access not covering access leaving open to animals getting under house, broken pieces of fascia sticking out from house and 5 pieces of it laying on ground) Did I mention I never received one call to give me an estimate before work was started?! Did I also mention they couldn't find the cracked pipe they were supposed to fix?!

I had just a small job (replacing an instant hot water tap). But/And that was fine. It was scheduled at my convenience, work was done efficiently. I had no clean up to do.Now I am in hot water and happy. Good to know it does not have to be a big job or an emergency!

We recently moved to Portland and purchased a 1934 home with all original plumbing fixtures. The house had not been occupied for some time and upon moving into the home discovered that virtually everything leaked or did not function. Most of the drains were totally blocked too. Paul's Plumbing have come to our rescue and all of their plumbers are excellent but I must praise the craftsmanship of Tim Ryan who specializes and loves restoring old fixtures. Tim is a true plumbing artist and takes great pride in his work. We now have stunningly beautiful ORIGINAL fixtures that have been rebuilt to last for a lifetime. We are very happy with Paul's plumbing and are so thankful to Tim for all his hardwork.

I called the office with a question and they immediately paged Paul for me. He called me and even though he could not help me with my issue, he referred me to someone else and offered to contact them for me. He then called me the next day to let me know why the other contractor had not yet called me and when I could expect a call. I appreciated Paul's kindness and attention to detail very much.

Paul's Plumbing has done multiple repairs, drain snaking, and just recently did a full replacement of the very old plumbing in the house we rent. They conducted their work with great care and significantly improved the plumbing system in our house. We will continue to go back to Paul's for our plumbing needs.

Had a water main break and no water. Called early on a Friday, got called back right away and plumber coming that day. They called for emergency locate and they were out by 8:30. Plumber and leak detection service they recommended worked together to fix the leak. Worked hard to get water back on in a few hours.

We were selling our house in Oregon and moving to Nevada. Two weeks before closing we found out there was an obstruction in our sewer line. We called Paul's Plumbing and talked to Paul. He immediately sent someone to "snake" our line. It was cleared and then scoped and it was determined the sewer connection on our property had failed. By this time, we were getting nearer to the closing date. Two days before closing, the line and connection were repaired and we were able to close on time. Our house was built in 2000 - this was the 2nd go around with a busted pipe and lots of water damage. We called Paul's Plumbing over the weekend and they were there within the hour and fixed our immediate problem. We had to have a restoration company come in again due to the damage. We chose to have the entire house re-plumbed to avoid a 3rd episode. We were very satisfied with the bid and we accepted. The work was done very timely and they cleaned up their work area. The plumbers were friendly and competent! We would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

I originally had to call Paul's Plumbing when my water heater went out a few years back. They were so prompt in getting back to me, fair with the price, and the work was flawless (timely and done well); that when we recently decided to do our kitchen remodel they were the first ones we called. Again we are very satisfied with the work done!

I needed something simple, a replacement faucet. I call another plumber and was given the run around on price. Paul's Plumbing gave me an accurate estimate and installed it perfectly.

We had what we thought was a clogged gutter, but was actually a broken drain pipe. We were trying to get the water to drain away from the foundation of the house and broke the water main, after several hours of trying to fix it we called Pauls Plumbing. Even though it was late in the day Paul immediatly sent someone over to fix our problem, I had water within the hour! I wanted Paul's to come back and fix the gutter system and they did. They were very professional, did a great job in a timely manner, and prices were reasonable, and I will definitely use them in the future if needed! Thanks Pauls Plumbing!

we have been working with Paul's on multiple projects in an older home over the past 12 years and have always found his work to be done on time, on budget and executed by professionals.
