I'm sure as a company on the whole they are ok but the have CRAZY people working for them. One of their driver actually got out of their trucks at a stop light and was ranting in her truck, slamming on her brakes repeatedly while driving 30 in a 45mph zone in a NON construction/flagged zone. They really should background check their employees as they drive around in trucks with the company information written all over them. VERY BAD image!

K & D Is the most professional organization I have ever worked with. They are incredibly effecient both on the road and for my companies budget. Their operations really saved me a couple of times when other flagging companies can't compete.
