I have had nothing but horrible service from this facility, as well as other friends that have used this facility in Clackamas as well. Very VERY rude Managers that try to swindle you out of money. With my senario, I had told the manager I was going to discontinue my service, she had told me that whatever we had left in the storage would be auctioned. So I had left useless stuff I did not want to keep. I made it very clear to the manager I was ending my service and the rest of my belongings were to be auctioned. It has been 2 months now, and I got a call saying I owe money. I find it kinda funny they waited so long to call (they were just trying to rack up my bill). I simply got swindled. I had heard this from my friends as well, that is why I wanted to cancel my service, and sure enough the same thing happened to me. Please do not use this facility. Use public storage, I have never had an issue with them. They treat customers how they should be treated. To top it off, this was my Dad's storage unit, who had passed away, and the lady continued to call my Dad's things junk... way to treat a customer, right? I absolutely couldn't believe it. I wish I could have recorded the conversation to post on this reveiw for everyone to know how awful they treat customers, unproffesional and and also try to be unclear with their procedures to swindle money from you. Please do not consider this service. More expensive then other facilities as well... not worth the trouble.
