POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Took my computer in to check for virus. I explained I was getting error messages when online and I was unable to complete installation of my antivirus program. Their communication was poor, first they gave me the wrong information mistaking me for another customer. They replaced the power supply, which had been already previously replaced. When I called they said it was done. I came out there and my computer was on the counter, seemingly ready to go. When I asked if the antivirus installation was complete, he said "Let's go test it out." I stood there for about a hour while I watched him go round and round not getting anywhere. I finally sat down. He didn't know what he was doing and the problem hadn't been fixed. Finally after 1 1/2hours he removed the old antivirus program so it could be reinstalled. After 2 grueling hours and $136 later I took my computer home where I had to finish the set up and installation of my antivirus program myself. NOT GOING BACK!
