I visited this park today. It looks nice clean and well kept. I was told it is a senior park. But I know that quite a few kids live there. I have a 17 year old daugher, who won't be living at home in 6 months l. I told management she is only home two days a week and is moving out completely in the spring . I was told no, no kids allowed. I was hoping they would make an exception.
They didn't even consider it. When out walked out of the office a little boy rode by on his bicycle. They made an exception for this little boy, why won't they make one for my daughter? I think all park should be for family's. I really want to live there. My daughter told me to go ahead and buy into that park. Then she said. I could go live with my Dad. That is quite a sacrifice, since she doesn't get along with her Dad. I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

Such a beautiful park, well maintained and well managed. staff are helpful and friendly, residents are great, lots of fun activities..... really highly recommend!

What a great park. Many activities for 55+ . Club house with a pool, library, TV, holiday dinners etc. Close to freeways, shopping and church. Current managers are the best ever and great maintenance. Many available lots. Lots of great homes.
