Took my car here for an oil change and they were super quick and efficient. I would come here again for other auto services.

Dryer breaks down when I have two loads to dry! I call Sears and it did take a couple days to get here but they were wonderful. The guy was very nice and explained everything.

They come to you which makes it easier than bring your appliance to them. Knowledgable service techs. Good reason to buy from Sears is the re service plans.

I had Sears out to repair my washing machine. They actually had to replace the mother board. After the part arrived, they fixed it promptly.

our fridge broke down so we called them and they came out and fixed it the same day, and we though we needed to buy a new fridge.

We have bought Sears applicances for years--refrigerators, washers, dryers, and dish washers. We always get good service from the Kenmore products, but they still do break down or have parts that need replacing. Sears have always been very helpful at locating the parts my husband needs for any repairs.
