This is a fantastic shop. The owner is so helpful and does great longarm service as well. I love the new location (no longer by Goodwill) and the added classroom will be awesome.

The owner of this store is excellent and so very helpful. The selection is nice and up to date with trends. I love it!

Runs With Scissors is a great little quilt shop, they are always helpful, have nice fabrics and a good selection of patterns. The parking is sometimes difficult, but worth the effort for the friendly helpful staff and great selection.

The store does have problems as many going to Goodwill park in the spots designated (and paid for) by the Runs with Scissors store. When customers come or a class is in progress, there is no room for them to park. When taking a quilting class, one must bring in lots of stuff, including sewing machines, supplies, fabric etc. It is difficult for some of us to carry these items from the back parking lot while those going to Goodwill park in their spots. I didn't give it a 5 star because they carry a lot of modern fabric which I am not interested in. They do have frequent and good sales (which isn't so common for quilt stores). People will "pop in" to justify their using the quilt store parking spots. It would irritate me that non-customers couldn't walk further and leave spaces for those who have lots to carry in. I shop at this store often.

I went to go to Goodwill and this Quilt Shop did not have anybody parked in front of the store. Yes, I know that the parking lot was only for the quilt shop but there were plenty parking spots. While I was walking to Goodwill a lady came out of the store yelling 'EXCUSE ME EXCUSE ME! YOU CAN'T PARK THERE IT'S ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS, I WILL HAVE YOUR CAR TOWED IF YOU DON'T MOVE IT'. I went into the store cause I have been curious about quilting. The lady seemed even more upset with the fact that I entered the store after what she said. I asked some questions about material and classes but every answer was more and more rude. I felt it was the worst customer service I have ever had. She could have approached me with a much nicer manner about the parking. With the customer service I received I highly recommend that no one should purchased from Runs With Scissors Quilt Shop.
